bio

a little bit about me
Hannah Norris is a widely acclaimed actress of the independent and professional stages of Australia. Now back in London, (where she was born) Hannah made her UK debut with the award winning one-woman show CUT at the 2015 Edinburgh Fringe, with return seasons in London and Edinburgh 2016. She was a regular performer in Sean Hughes's Blank Book at Soho Theatre and The Gilded Balloon in 2017 alongside guests James Acaster, Adam Hills, Tommy Tiernan and more. Most recently she toured After You - a show she created and performed with her mum, Angela Norris - to Soho Theatre, London after seasons in Edinburgh, Melbourne and Adelaide.

Hannah's notable theatre performances include the solo show My Name is Rachel Corrie (Melbourne & Adelaide), Lady Chatterley's Lover (Australian Shakespeare Company), Buried Child (State Theatre Company of SA), Palace of the End (Theatre Works), Let the Sunshine (Australian national tour) Osama the Hero (The Rabble) and The Turn of the Screw (State Opera SA).

With a love for drama on stage, Hannah's talent for comedy really shines on screen and has been seen across Australia. And as a reader of audiobooks, her storytelling and vocal skills heard across the world.

Hannah is the host of The Keith Cheggers Podcast  - A Podcast about Pregnancy - with her comedian husband Carl Donnelly.
